The first position is for a Computer Consultant, who will travel around Houston helping people with their computer systems. The Consultant will be responsible for customer satisfaction with their computer systems, and will provide hardware, software, networking, Internet and training services as required. The successful candidate will have exceptional people skills as well as significant computer skills. A+ or Microsoft certification is preferred. Income will be commensurate with skills and experience.

The second position is for a Customer Service Representative. Our current CSR, Helen, is moving on in her career as a counselor. The CSR is responsible for scheduling appointments for the Consultants, following up with Customers, and making the initial contact with Prospects. The successful candidate will have excellent telephone skills and some experience using computer programs such as Word, Publisher, Outlook, ACT! and/or Goldmine.

The third position is for a Marketer. This will be a new position, and will be part-time to start. The Marketer will travel around the city to meet prospective customers in their offices, introduce our company and determine how we can meet their computing needs. The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality and enjoy talking with new people.
